Laboratory of Electronics and Bioengineering

The laboratory of Electronics and Bioengineering is responsible for development, integration and measurement prototypes for bioengineering applications, as well as the use of measurement tools in applications of low, medium and high frequency concerned with environmental health.
The objectives of the electronic laboratory are:

  1. Developing prototypes focused on Rehabilitation Technologies, concerned with the visualization of biological signals, implanted systems, Functional ElectroStimulation (FES) and physically handicapped help devices or persons with communications and language diseases.
  2. Real-Time Systems for the extraction, processing and interpretation of biomedical signals focused on the mioelectric prosthesis management, domotic elements, augmentation of the communications and capacities.
  3. Developing measurement protocols designed to measure the non-ionizant radiation and its application in field work.
